LX 7007 with IAS and Altimeter
A full configuration consists of LX 7007 and Vario plus IAS indicator and Altimeter. As altimeter can also be used Vario unit lover digital indicator. In that case only two 57 mm units build the system. Altimeter setting is done via LX 7007 setup. The configuration removes all pneumatic instruments from the cockpit. The connection is simple via standard LX 485 cables. Pressure inlets has only vario unit. Configuration is valid for all LX 7007 versions.
LX Mini Map KB/V with IAS and Altimeter
LX Mini Map version KB/V is able to drive IAS indicator and also Altimeter. Altitude setting is realized via knob and rotary switch of Mini Map keyboard. Automatic altitude update of navigation program depends on program ability. A reduced configuration without stand alone altimeter is also possible, in that case vario unit lower display can be used as an altitude display.
LX 166 with IAS and Altimeter
LX 166 also delivers altitude and IAS information. This makes possible to connect to LX 166 bus an altimeter and IAS indicator. Altitude setting is carried out via LX 166 setup. A reduced configuration without altimeter unit is also available.
